Testimonials
As an independent consultant, I advise organizations on bridging strategy to execution in areas such as organizational design, alternative funding model and effective use of technology, where teams and organizations can thrive in a complex world.
I can act as interim/fractional CTO or as a consultant within your organization.
Currently, I’m co-writing a book about all of the topics above. Stay tuned!

Milestones
I enjoy enabling organizations to adopt a different operating model, more humane and supporting fast flow. It requires a radically different approach to organizational design and change management. As a consultant in this area, I mainly work remotely, allowing me to have a wider reach across the globe. In the past, I worked with organizations from Indonesia, Germany, Canada or Brazil, to name a few countries.
I like coffee, although I can’t drink too much of it (then I can’t sleep). Reading also allows me to challenge my perspective, and learn how others approach challenges. Those insights are put in practice with my consultancy services, and also with training. Training is effective to emerge people in a new concept, allowing them to reflect back to their context.
Software Architecture Metrics
Software architecture metrics are key to the maintainability and architectural quality of a software project and they can warn you about dangerous accumulations of architectural and technical debt early in the process. In this practical book, leading hands-on software architects share case studies to introduce metrics that every software architect should know.
Visual Collaboration Tools
Visual Collaboration Tools is a book for teams building software. It describes tools that help us in our daily job, and also present field stories from different practitioners. The book is from the community to the community, and it is free. The donations that we collect goes to scholarship projects for diversity in tech.
