Organizations use transformations as a vehicle to adapt, either to market conditions or technological changes. Those transformations affect the operating model’s aspects, organization structure, ways of working, capabilities, people, processes, and technology. I support organizations in this transition period, where I can connect the dots and, together with the staff, build a reliable bridge between strategic ambitions and sound transformation execution.
I support organizations with their transformation efforts to create an environment for self-managing teams, where those teams have the tools and the processes to execute their mission. Modern organizations can actively adapt to their environment, outpacing their competition and having a human-centric operating model. The critical component is to elicit the knowledge that already exists within the company and use self-managing principles that allow the organization to be effective with its portfolio of products and services.
I will use principles and practices during the journey, such as Team Topologies, Domain-Driven Design, or open systems thinking. Combining the proven methodologies with your unique context creates the opportunity for a blended approach, where all the tenets of the operating model can evolve sustainably and safely.
What can you expect
Depending on your transformation phase, there are two main modes of engagement: ideation and execution.
When organizations investigate what can be done and explore their options, I call it the ideation phase of their transformation. Within this phase, I enable the organization to discover what can be the options for the transformation, holding workshops ranging from Strategic Discovery (which will be designed to your context) to Exploring Current Team Interactions (using Team Topologies patterns), allowing us to discuss how to achieve fast flow, and which parts of the organization are mostly affected by it. It leads to an action plan; from there, I can support the execution via coaching, interventions, and workshops.
Sometimes, organizations already have a vision and an operational plan for their transformation, but they need a fresh pair of eyes and external capacity. In that capacity, I will learn your landscape and also use my critical thinking skills to enable you to achieve your ambitions – a possible mix of activities, such as specific intervention and coaching.

I engage with different stakeholders to better understand your company’s nuances. We envision the various options, including the likely achievable ones.

Together with your senior management and middle management teams, I support your company in executing and adapting the action plan for the transformation. As we start to execute, we will have smaller cycles of exploring, envisioning, and executing until the organization transforms itself.
