I create a learning environment for participants to apply the contents of training to their own context
Training is an important part of a generative working environment. People should have the opportunity to explore new concepts and ideas. Unfortunately, during the rush of the day-to-day tasks, learning can be relegated to a second plan.
What can you expect
My trainings have a bias towards the practice and to use the context of the attendees to reflect on what they learnt. I blend individual and group exercises to introduce and reinforce concepts. Theory is explored rather than lectured, and I use different techniques to prime people for it. The sessions are interactive, and participants are encouraged to challenge and bring questions to the table, making the training more effective for their own context.
How can we start
Explore
We explore your context and challenges, identifying the knowledge gaps and the different training alternatives to cover your goals. Usually, I have some interviews with different stakehol;doers to capture as many perspectives as possible, avoiding a mismatch when delivering the training.
Envision
Based on the information collected previously, we set the outcomes for your organization, and set the training program. There are shorter and longer training programs, and typically it depends on the size of your organization, depth of the program and breadth of topics.
Execute
During the delivering of the training program there are several feedback cycles: from the sessions itself, to the review of how people are applying it to their daily work. It allows to pivot and enhance the participants experiences for the following sessions of the program.
