When we look around, it feels like everyone is using AI in one shape or another. It creates FOMO. “Are my skills outdated?” one could think. In reality, all of us are learning, and it affects all aspects of an organization, not just how we adopt technology that makes “things faster”.

There are patterns emerging in a field that is shifting faster. The flow concepts remain, but the organizations are not ready (or unwilling) to adopt different practices and structures to fully embrace AI in their operations. There are different lenses through which we can observe the organization, filtering assumptions from signals. The signals can be used to evolve the principles, practices, and organizational structures to fully exploit AI.
